The experience

Match the experience to the waiting time.

Travel locations differ. A waiting area with time to watch preparation presents a different opportunity from a fast-moving concourse. Assess the specific passenger journey, site permissions and operating arrangements before choosing the machine.

01

A visible waiting-area experience

Guests can follow the cup through the preparation stations and collect the finished drink from the front hatch.

02

A defined machine layout

The documented indoor machine is 2.00 m high, 1.50 m wide and 1.40 m deep. Plan additional room for passengers and service access.

03

Destination-specific planning

Discuss the electrical supply, delivery route, payment setup and required documentation for the proposed country and venue.

Plan your setup

Make it work
for your venue.

Share the country, type of travel venue, proposed area, passenger waiting times and site requirements. We’ll discuss configuration and delivery before quoting.

Time before departure

Compare the available waiting time with the recorded preparation process. A short connection and a relaxed lounge visit are different use cases.

Passenger surges

Assess flight, train or coach arrival patterns. Demonstrated drink timing must support a realistic queue plan for the busiest intervals.

Controlled site access

Agree operator permissions, utilities, delivery access and who can enter to clean, refill or repair the machine.

Your questions

Ownership & support
Is it approved for every airport or country?

No universal approval is claimed. Destination requirements, venue permissions and the supplied unit’s documentation must be checked before installation.

Will the documented configuration work in the United States?

The supplied specification lists the complete kiosk at 230 V single-phase, 50 Hz and 4 kW. US electrical compatibility and destination requirements need confirmation for the complete unit; component ratings alone do not establish suitability.

Can it handle a rush before boarding?

The recorded printed cappuccino takes roughly 2:20–2:30. Review the intended menu and queue expectations in a demonstration before planning a peak-demand installation.

Can you arrange delivery to the venue?

Our shipping agents in China can arrange delivery to the specified address at the buyer’s expense. Controlled-access delivery, customs, unloading and local installation responsibilities must be agreed in the quotation.
