Practical questions

Let’s get
specific.

Does the machine need daily attention?

Yes. The milk system requires daily cleaning. Operators also need to replenish ingredients and cups, handle waste and carry out routine checks. The documented brewer is the Dr. Coffee M12. Its schedule includes daily milk-system deep cleaning and manual care, weekly brewer deep cleaning and monthly descaling, or more often when required. See the care overview below and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and machine prompts.

Are installation and training included?

Remote training and assistance with installation are included with your machine purchase. We help you prepare for setup and learn how to operate the machine. Any requested on-site work and local site preparation should be agreed separately before delivery.

What warranty comes with it?

The purchase price includes a one-year warranty. ForMee pays for labour, replacement parts and shipping for covered warranty repairs. The written warranty supplied with the offer defines the start date, coverage and claim procedure.

What technical support is available?

Technical support is available to help with operating questions and faults. Contact ForMee for assistance. Support arrangements for your location, including any on-site work, are agreed with your purchase.

Can I choose recipes or branding?

Tell us which recipes, screen presentation or exterior branding you would like. Available changes depend on the machine and software configuration, and any custom work is scoped before purchase.

Can you arrange international delivery?

Yes. We arrange worldwide shipping through agents in China, from machine pickup to delivery at your specified address. Shipping is paid by the buyer. We confirm the route, cost and estimated transit time for your destination before booking; the quotation also identifies customs, taxes and unloading responsibilities.

Do I have to buy ingredients and consumables from ForMee?

No. You can source ingredients and consumables from your preferred suppliers. Products must be compatible with the machine and its components, including the cup-handling system, brewer and printer. Follow the relevant specifications and manufacturer instructions when choosing products.

What ongoing costs should I budget for?

Budget for ingredients, cups, cleaning products, electricity, water, connectivity, routine care and payment-provider charges, including Nayax or Stripe where used. Site rent and staffing or cleaning costs depend on your location. Software subscription terms are still being finalised; any applicable charge will be disclosed before purchase. Repairs outside warranty are assessed separately.

Where can I find cleaning instructions?

The documented configuration uses a Dr. Coffee M12. Read the manufacturer’s M12 manual (PDF), especially section 8, and the M12 support page. Check that the manual matches the brewer supplied. Those instructions cover the brewer; the robot, printer, enclosure and other installed components require their own applicable care instructions.

Dr. Coffee M12 care overview

A routine worth
planning for.

The brewer needs scheduled care alongside replenishment. This overview follows section 8 of the manufacturer’s M12 manual.

01

Every day

Run the brewer and milk rinses and milk-system deep clean. Clean the milk pipe, frother unit, water tank and drip tray where fitted, following the manual and training.

02

Every week

Complete the brewer-system deep clean with the specified cleaning products. Follow the on-screen sequence and manufacturer instructions.

03

Every month

Plan descaling and grinder adjustment and calibration by trained personnel. These intervals are minimums; follow machine prompts and clean more often when required.

Brewer care is one part of the kiosk routine. The milk fridge, ice maker, printer, robot, waste containers and enclosure need their own applicable care procedures. Confirm the complete routine during training. Maintenance must be performed by appropriately trained and authorised personnel.
