The Machine
We use a customized version of the Dr. Coffee M12—an industry-grade fully automatic coffee machine. It grinds beans fresh for every cup, supports dairy and plant-based milk, and includes automated cleaning and sanitation. The machine is operated entirely via a mobile app and features a touchscreen interface for walk-up users.
